    Purchases are bound to your in city character and cannot be transferred unless otherwise stated.
  3. Delivery Issues
    If you do not receive your items, please open a ticket on our Discord within 48 hours of purchase.
  4. Chargebacks
    Any chargeback will result in an automatic ban from Storm.
  5. Changes to Perks or Packages
    We reserve the right to alter, update, or remove perks or products at any time to maintain server balance.
